Practical Workers' Comp: The Experience Modification Worksheet

Learn the who, what, when, why and how of experience modification. Who is eligible for or required to have an experience modification factor? What is an experience modification factor and why are they used? And the major question, "How are experience mods calculated?"

The major focus of this class is on the "how." Students will spend the majority of this session studying the experience mod worksheet and learning the in's and out's of how the mod is calculated. Knowing this makes it easier to find the mistakes and help the client. Without this knowledge, you are at the mercy of the entity that develops the mod.
